The problem for managers is that:

Airbnb typically releases your payout 24 hours after your guest’s scheduled check-in time. The time it takes for the funds to arrive in your account depends on your payout method and any bank holidays or weekends.

If you’re set up for monthly payments, we’ll process payments no later than the 15th day of the month after the guest checks out. If you’re set up for weekly payments, we’ll process payments every Thursday for reservations where the guest checked out during the previous week.

This means property hosts and managers get little to no cash-flow in off seasons.

To address these challenges, businesses need to identify cash flow issues early, implement strategies to improve cash flow, and use the right tools and resources.

Advanced payouts get you paid much quicker by paying you the moment a guest’s booking becomes non refundable, usually two weeks after initial booking.
